Risk profiling and administration

Software projects can fail for multiple reasons. Our risk profiling and administration services seek to diminish the chance of this happening. We do this by managing critical events that "could" occur before they actually happen, and jeopardized a project.

Events which, within a large degree of certainty are expected to occur, are not considered risks. For example, the fact that errors will be present in any given software program should not be considered a risk, but rather a certainty. This is precisely why every software project should involve product tests and error removal procedures. On the other hand, for eventual situations -as happens when a client decides to significantly modify the initial software requirements-a risk mitigation plan is developed to minimize the impact of such radical changes in the process.

All PSL software development projects are built upon risk mitigation frameworks. It the client so requires, PSL can develop a risk profile for any particular software development project, as well as a risk management plan to prevent fatal defects and flaws that could jeaopardize the project.
